    Here’s why Small Dog…

    The prices are good or, at the very least, competitive. Orders ship extremely quickly, and Small Dog always has what I’m looking for in stock

    What more do I need? I just started ordering from you guys recently, but whenever I need something, Small Dog is where I check first.

    I would order from you but because I’ve never bought anything before and therefore am not a member of the Top Dog Club, I can’t. I live hundreds of miles away so why should I have to purchase something I may not want, first?

    Small Dog Electronics has some contract restrictions from Apple regarding the sale of new Apple products on the web.

    Please forward your name, address, phone number and a brief description of what type of purchase you are making (i.e.: Business, educational, personal…) to topdogclub@smalldog.com. We will review the info and create an account for you if you fall within Apple’s guidelines.

    There are basically four major restrictions on our sales contained in our contract with Apple.

    1) We are not allowed to sell to educational institutions.

    2) We are not allowed to sell to resellers.

    3) We are not allowed to sell outside of the USA.

    4) We are not allowed to sell current new Apple products to new customers on the internet. Our existing customers (who have purchased from us before) are allowed to buy current new Apple
    product behind a password-protected website—hence the Top Dog Club.

    Internet sales of factory-refurbished and discontinued Apple products are not restricted to new customers.
